Pricing
Public prices, clearly stated.
Elsewhere, it's “request a quote”. Here, everything is written down: the price, what's included, and the printer purchase. No renewal commitment. Both plans run on your own tablet and start with a 14-day trial, no card required.

What you're buying
You're not buying a website. You're getting your Saturdays back.
Anyone can sell you a website. RushPilot starts with order management: taking orders during service, printing labels, preparing by department and collecting without mistakes. Click & collect connects to that workflow — not the other way round.
What the plan replaces
- An order management and printing tool for artisans — it didn't exist, so we built it. It's the heart of RushPilot.
- A custom click & collect website: several thousand euros to build, then a subscription.
- Product pages, photos and copy to commission: days of data entry — here, AI prepares them.
- The order book, texts and evening retyping: your time, every week.
Equipment, clearly explained
- Always your own tablet. RushPilot runs on the iPad or Android tablet you already have. We never sell you a tablet.
- The label printer, the only equipment we supply. A professional Zebra printer, delivered already configured: plug it in, and it prints. 379 € excluding VAT, paid once. It belongs to you as soon as it's paid for.
- No renewal commitment: cancel from your back office. Your access stays open until the end of the paid period.
- Additional shop — 79 € excluding VAT/month. Independent: it prepares its own orders with its own printer (379 € excluding VAT). Or centralised: a collection point, such as a market stall, supplied by one of your shops, without a printer. One website, with customers choosing their collection shop.
Questions
About the prices, specifically.
Why not just use a cheaper click & collect website?
Because a website does only half the job: it takes orders and leaves you to prepare them. RushPilot starts with order management — taking orders during service, printing order labels, tracking by department, and slots that respect your capacity. That's what gives you your Saturdays back, and what websites don't do.
Are there setup fees?
No. No setup fee, no hidden charges. AI-guided setup (catalogue, photos and copy) is included. The displayed price is what you pay.
What if I cancel?
No renewal commitment. Cancel from your back office; your subscription ends at the end of the month, or the year if you pay annually. You keep the annual discount and access until the end of the paid period, with no pro-rata refund.
What equipment do I need?
A tablet you probably already have — RushPilot runs on iPad and Android; we don't sell tablets. And the label printer, the only equipment we supply: 379 € excluding VAT, billed once. It belongs to you and arrives already configured: plug it in, and it prints.
Does the price rise with my sales?
Never. It's a fixed subscription, not a percentage. Whether you take 10 or 300 online orders a week, the price is the same.
