RushPilot · Prepared-food shop
Prepared-food orders, from reservation to the kitchen.
Meals sold by the portion, dishes sold by weight and several collections at the same time: an order book quickly becomes hard to follow. RushPilot organises shop collection orders and preparation needs, without changing how you cook.
The application is currently in French. The current offer is for businesses in France; availability elsewhere must be confirmed before starting a trial.

An order, from start to finish
Give the kitchen the full order
Record phone and counter orders with catalogue products, quantities, instructions and collection details. A meal order keeps its information as it passes from the person serving the customer to the preparation team.
If you offer click and collect, website reservations join the same flow. Staff can find the request without waiting for the person who answered the phone to explain what the customer ordered.
Add up portions before preparation starts
The Needs screen groups quantities still to prepare by product for your chosen period. Completed and unavailable lines are excluded. See how many portions or kilograms are requested before organising kitchen work. It tracks preparation needs; it does not calculate recipes or ingredient purchases.
Department preparation supports shops that combine prepared meals with butcher or deli counters. Printed labels associate preparations with their orders, then identify the packages to hand over at collection.
Open collection slots your team can handle
Your online shop presents the dishes and preparations configured in your catalogue. Customers reserve during available slots, within the capacity you set. A Saturday collection no longer stays hidden in a message received days earlier.
Products sold by weight are paid for at collection using the actual weight; portion-based products use their catalogue units. Keep your existing till. The offer focuses on shop collection orders, rather than event quotations or reception planning.
Before choosing
Your questions, at the counter.
Does RushPilot calculate recipe ingredients?
No. The Needs screen adds up quantities still to prepare for the selected period, excluding completed and unavailable lines. It helps plan preparation but does not turn dishes into ingredient requirements.
Can I manage meals by portion and by weight?
Yes, using the units configured in the catalogue. Quantities and individual order details help the team prepare and hand over the correct products.
Does it manage wedding quotes or delivery routes?
This offer covers order entry, preparation and collection in a shop. Event quotations, reception logistics and delivery routes are separate needs and are not promised by these pages.
