RushPilot · Cheesemonger

Online ordering for cheese shops, built for products cut to weight.

A piece of cheese rarely weighs exactly what was requested. A cheeseboard needs different preparation from sliced raclette. RushPilot keeps the order details together and helps organise collection, while leaving room for advice at the counter.

An order, from start to finish

Record portions, cheeseboards and requests

Enter products from your catalogue, quantities and instructions agreed with the customer. A cheeseboard, cheese cut to weight and individually sold products can belong to the same order with one collection slot.

Phone orders go into the same tool as in-store orders. Online reservations follow that flow with the click and collect plan. The team finds the request without searching through separate messages and handwritten notes.

Prepare raclette and cheeseboards before the rush

See quantities still to prepare by product for a day or a period of your choice. Completed and unavailable lines are excluded from these preparation needs. Each order retains its details so staff can assemble the right cheeseboard or selection.

An order label follows preparation, then a collection label identifies the finished package. A storage number helps staff find it at collection. The order remains easy to follow when different people share cutting and customer service.

Reserve online and pay for the actual weight

Offer a shop under your own name with the cheeses and cheeseboards you configure in your catalogue. Customers select products and an available collection slot. You set availability and collection capacity to keep the day manageable.

A portion ordered at an indicative weight is paid for at collection based on what was actually cut and weighed. Keep your current till and scales. RushPilot uses a subscription model and takes no sales commission.

Before choosing

Your questions, at the counter.

How can I sell cheese cut to weight online?

Configure products sold by weight in your catalogue. The customer reserves a requested quantity, you prepare the order and they pay at collection based on the actual weight.

Can I take orders for cheeseboards?

Yes, by recording cheeseboards as catalogue products and keeping relevant instructions with the order. RushPilot manages orders and preparation; it does not automatically calculate the composition of a cheeseboard.

Does it suit an independent cheese shop?

Use the Counter app on your tablet alongside your current till and scales. Manage phone and in-store orders alone, or add a click and collect shop.
