Charcuterie orders, with the right preparation instructions.

Thinly sliced ham, a whole terrine, a selection for an evening gathering: every order has its details. Keep quantities, instructions and collection information together so the person preparing the order has the same information as the person who served the customer.

An order, from start to finish

Keep the detail from phone call to slicing

A charcuterie order can combine a weight of ham, several cured sausages and a whole item. Enter products using the units in your catalogue and keep preparation instructions with the order. The collection slot sits alongside the customer’s name and contact details.

Counter orders, phone calls and online reservations all feed the same list. When staff change stations, they can find the order without passing around a notebook or repeating the history of each request.

Organise preparation batches

The Needs screen brings together quantities still to prepare by product over a selected period. Completed and unavailable lines are excluded. Use the recorded demand to plan slicing and packing, then follow the details of individual customer orders.

In a shop with several departments, the charcuterie team sees its own preparation lines. Completed items and printed order labels support the handover from preparation to storage. Each package stays associated with the correct customer.

Take online orders without fixing the final weight

Your click and collect shop presents the products you choose: sliced charcuterie, items sold by the piece and prepared products in your catalogue. Customers reserve their items and collect during the slots you make available.

For products sold by weight, payment at collection reflects the actual weight measured on your usual scales. Your brand and customer relationship stay central. RushPilot takes no sales commission; see the plans for subscription costs.

Before choosing

Your questions, at the counter.

Can one order include products by weight and by piece?

Yes, using the units configured in your catalogue. An order can contain charcuterie sold by weight and individual items; preparation needs retain the corresponding units.

How do I pass on slicing instructions?

Add the relevant instructions when taking the order. They remain attached to it so the preparation team can consult them, without relying on a verbal handover.

Do I need to offer online ordering?

No. The Counter plan covers phone and in-store orders. Choose the plan with an online shop when you also want to take reservations on the web.
