1. Website and service publisher

The website rushpilot.fr and the RushPilot service are published by Louchebem Software, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS), represented by its president, Victor Mazoyer, the publication director.

2. Hosting

The service’s main infrastructure and databases are hosted by Scaleway SAS, RCS Paris B 433 115 904, 8 rue de la Ville l'Évêque, 75008 Paris, France, in data centres located in France (Paris region). Louchebem Software also uses specialist providers for certain functions, including communications, payments, monitoring and artificial intelligence. The associated processing and any transfers are described in the privacy policy and data processing agreement.

3. Merchants’ online shops

The online shops accessible on rushpilot.fr subdomains (for example maboucherie.rushpilot.fr) are published by the merchants using the service, each for their own shop. Each merchant is solely responsible for the content, products, prices and information published on their shop, and publishes their own legal notice, terms of sale and privacy policy there.

Louchebem Software acts exclusively as a technical service provider for these shops (software provision and hosting), under the general terms and data processing agreement.

4. Intellectual property

The RushPilot trademark belongs to Victor Mazoyer and is used by Louchebem Software with his permission. The software is developed and operated by Louchebem Software, which holds the rights necessary for this operation. The logo, interfaces, visual identity, texts and illustrations remain the property of their respective owners. Any reproduction, display, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited and constitutes infringement within the meaning of Articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Content published by a merchant on their shop (photographs, descriptions, prices and shop branding) remains their property or that of their rights holders.

5. Liability and external links

Louchebem Software endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information published on this website, without guaranteeing that it is free of errors or omissions. Links to third-party websites are provided for information; Louchebem Software has no control over those websites and accepts no responsibility for their content.

6. Reporting unlawful content

Under French Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), any manifestly unlawful content may be reported to bonjour@rushpilot.fr, specifying the address of the page concerned, a description of the content and the reasons for the report.
