RushPilot · Fishmonger
Fish shop orders, followed through to the right package.
A whole fish to prepare, fillets sold by weight, a seafood platter to reserve: the customer’s request needs to reach the preparation station clearly. RushPilot brings orders and collection slots together, keeping the link between the counter, preparation and storage.
The application is currently in French. The current offer is for businesses in France; availability elsewhere must be confirmed before starting a trial.

An order, from start to finish
Keep preparation instructions with the order
When taking an order, enter catalogue products, requested quantities and relevant instructions. A fish to clean, a request for fillets or a specific preparation should not depend on the memory of the person who answered the phone.
In-store orders and online reservations join the same list when you use click and collect. Staff can consult requests by collection slot and find the customer’s contact details if an item needs discussing.
Organise preparation and identify packages
See quantities still to prepare by product for a day or selected period. Completed and unavailable lines are excluded so the team can focus on remaining work. Quantities retain the units configured in your catalogue.
Order labels and collection labels identify packages as work progresses. A storage number helps the team find a finished order. This order workflow supports your organisation; it does not promise cutting-yield calculations or an automatic weight adjustment after preparation.
Offer online reservations for products sold by weight
Present fish, prepared products and seafood platters configured in your catalogue through a shop under your own brand. Customers choose an available collection slot. You manage the catalogue and slot capacity to suit the fish shop’s operation.
The final amount for products sold by weight is paid at collection based on the actual weight, through your existing till. Keep your scales and customer relationship. RushPilot takes no sales commission; subscription and equipment costs are explained on the pricing page.
Before choosing
Your questions, at the counter.
How do I handle fish with variable weights?
The reservation retains the requested quantity and catalogue unit. Prepare the order and take payment at collection based on the actual weight measured using your usual scales and till.
Can I record seafood platter orders?
Yes, by configuring platters as catalogue products and keeping instructions with the order. RushPilot organises reservations and preparation; it does not automatically compose platters.
Does RushPilot replace my fish shop scales?
No. It manages the order workflow. Your scales and till continue to handle weighing and payment at collection; this workflow does not require an automatic scales integration.
