RushPilot · Butcher shop
Butcher shop orders, from the phone call to collection.
A rib of beef to cut, a roasting joint to tie, a Christmas turkey to reserve: your orders need more than an online basket. RushPilot brings order entry, preparation and collection together on a tablet, alongside your existing till and scales.
The application is currently in French. The current offer is for businesses in France; availability elsewhere must be confirmed before starting a trial.

An order, from start to finish
Take an order while serving customers
Whether the customer calls or stands at the counter, record their details, products, quantities and collection slot in the same tool. Cutting and preparation instructions stay with the order: thin slices, a tied roasting joint or a requested weight. A colleague can find the details without tracking down whoever answered the phone.
Counter orders and reservations from your online shop enter the same preparation flow. Your team works from one list, rather than reconciling the order book, messages and website before starting the day.
Plan what the preparation team needs
For a day or a selected period, the Needs screen adds up quantities still to prepare by product. Completed and unavailable lines are excluded. See the roasting joints, poultry and other items to prepare, with their units. Orders by the piece remain separate from quantities in kilograms.
If your shop also has a deli or prepared-food department, each department can follow its own order lines. Order and collection labels stay with the packages; a storage number helps the team find the right bag in the cold room.
Offer click and collect for products sold by weight
With the plan that includes click and collect, customers reserve products through your branded shop and choose an available collection slot. You set the catalogue and collection capacity to match how your butcher shop works.
The requested weight may differ from the piece you actually prepare. Customers pay at collection through your existing till, based on the weight measured on your scales. RushPilot takes no sales commission; subscription and optional equipment costs are explained on the pricing page.
Before choosing
Your questions, at the counter.
Is RushPilot a butcher POS system?
RushPilot manages customer orders and preparation. Keep your existing till and scales to weigh goods and take payment at collection. You do not need to replace your POS equipment to use the Counter app.
Can I manage Christmas orders without an online shop?
Yes. The Counter app records phone and in-store orders, shows quantities required by product and organises collection. Click and collect is available with the additional plan.
What if I do not know the exact weight of a joint?
Record the requested quantity with the unit configured in your catalogue. Payment at collection is based on the actual weight measured on your scales, rather than a fixed estimate in an online basket.
